How do I start a garage sale?

Switch to Seller mode using the Buyer/Seller toggle on the map. Tap "+ Host a Sale," fill in your address and dates, then add items. Your sale goes live at the start time you set.

How does payment work?

LuxeLoot Garage doesn't process payments. Buyers pay you directly via Venmo, Cash App, or cash at pickup. Add your payment handles in Profile → Payment Info so buyers can find you.

Can I edit or remove an item?

Yes. Go to My Sales → tap your sale → tap the edit (pencil) icon next to any item. To delete it, open the edit screen and scroll to the bottom.

Someone sent an offer — what do I do?

Go to My Sales → your sale → Offers tab. You'll see all pending offers. Tap Accept or Decline. Accepting reserves the item for that buyer.

I can't find a sale on the map.

Sales only appear when Active or Starting Soon. Check that location permissions are enabled in your phone Settings → LuxeLoot Garage → Location. The map shows sales within ~25 miles.

The AI item scan isn't working.

Make sure you have a stable internet connection and that LuxeLoot Garage has camera/photo library permission in your phone Settings. Use a well-lit photo with the item clearly visible.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@luxelootgarage.com with the subject "Delete my account" from your registered email address. We'll process the deletion within 7 days.

How do I report a user or listing?

Email support@luxelootgarage.com with the sale/item name, the username, and a description of the issue. We review all reports within 24 hours.
